WINBORDRO software is a web-based software that allows workers working within the scope of Article 4/D of Law No. 657 to perform their transactions such as payroll, salary tally, personnel transactions, and collective labor agreements.

Personnel Payment Transactions, You can manage the salary payments and payroll calculations of the personnel in a practical structure. It provides quick access to the results by making calculations based on the scorecard information. Personnel Collective Wage Transactions Wage information such as social benefits, difference wages, wage increases arising from the collective labor agreement of the personnel are calculated in this module.
Winbordro makes it very easy to calculate payroll.. By automatically including the information required for salary calculations by taking payroll information, all details such as normal days, holidays, overtime, annual leaves are calculated in the payroll transactions menu and this data is automatically transferred for salary payments. Thus, since salary calculations are taken from payroll information, no additional calculation is required.
The payroll calculations of workers working in public institutions within the scope of Article 4/D of Law No. 657 are completed in this menu. As a result of the calculations, many report criteria (such as wage calculation slip, bank salary list, payroll summary report, personnel notification) can be obtained from the system. A wage slip can be obtained from the detail screen for each worker. Since salary and payroll calculations are taken from the score sheet information, the procedures to be performed are quite simplified. Many data such as the number of days that are subject to salary, the number of days that are subject to SSI premium, the number of missing days, overtime periods of the workers are automatically calculated and transferred from the score sheets.
Detailed reports are received from the system for all transactions created by Winbordro, such as all personnel files of workers, salary and payroll transactions, and leaves. Within the Personnel Reports;

The module defines the personnel's leaves (paid, unpaid, annual leave, etc.) and these leaves can be easily exported as a petition through the system. Leaves recorded in the system are automatically transferred to the scoreboard. In addition to the leave entries, detailed results are obtained from the same module for the personnel, such as used/remaining leave information, leave rights, total working years, and service years. The leave start and end dates are specified with their hours. The number of days left is calculated by the system and can also be changed manually.
Wage information such as social benefits, difference wages, wage increases arising from the collective labor agreement of the personnel are easily calculated in this menu. Active/passive selection can be made on the screen and union values for work groups can be displayed.
The payroll type and start-end dates for the period that will be valid in payroll transactions are determined on this screen. The created working periods are approved from the list and new period entries are activated.
